Tuning in to Teens: 3-Part Workshop for Parent Survival Skills
WORKSHOP COMING
TERM 2, 2025

DATES COMING SHORTLY FOR TERM 2 2025
Feeling disconnected from your teen? Struggling with emotional outbursts, peer pressure, or constant conflict?
You’re not alone! Parenting a teenager can be challenging, but with the right tools, you can strengthen your bond and help them navigate this crucial stage of life.
How is this workshop different?
We’ve taken the key elements from the 6-week Tuning in to Teens™ program and blended them with strategies to fit the challenges parents are facing today.
This is all over 3 sessions to maximise your time.
Our 3-part workshop provides all the benefits of Tuning in to Teens™—evidence-based techniques to improve emotional connection and communication—and we also tackle modern parenting concerns head-on.
Workshop topics include:
✔️ Guiding your teen through anxiety, peer pressure, and substance use concerns.
✔️ Helping your teen manage their emotions and build resilience.
✔️ Preventing behaviour issues before they escalate.
✔️ Creating a more stable, positive parent-teen relationship.
